JUSTIN BIEBER is still out there trying to prove that he's no longer the punk that was annoying the crap out of all of us the last couple years. Here's the latest: Justin was out at a restaurant in New York on Friday, when he noticed some cops at a table near him. When it was time to pay, he offered to cover their bill as well, which was around $200. The officers came over to thank him, and they even posed for a photo together. (Speaking of Justin, he was at Susan Sarandon's ping-pong club over the weekend, and he dominated in a game against rapper Action Bronson.)
