The sci-fi movie "Chappie" topped the box office this weekend with $13.3 million . . . which is director Neill Blomkamp's worst debut by FAR. His previous two movies, "Elysium" and "District 9", debuted to $29.8 and $37.4 million, respectively. But it still wasn't as bad as VINCE VAUGHN's comedy "Unfinished Business", which only made $4.8 million in 10th place, despite costing an estimated $35 million to make.
